    the end caps fit a treat but the brushes were too big

    Easy to order – quick to arrive – had all the bits necessary. My use was to replace an end cap that was in a serious state due to there having been a build up of carpet bits and hair between the end cap and one of the roller end spindles. It was only on one side but the heat build up due to friction had melted the bearing part of the end cap quite seriously though arguably the roller itself was salvageable. The endcap had also lost one of its retaining screws at some point. The repair set had everything so i replaced both rollers and end caps and had a full set of small bolt/screws to retain the new end caps properly. The only differences between the repair kit and the originals were that the end caps were white (as in the product’s online picture) rather than grey, about which i didnt really care, and the bristles on the roller were noticably shorter than the original. The latter point does not appear to be an issue as the vacuum cleaner still picks up bits very well. So very happy indeed with the relatively easy and inexpensive repair.

    Absolutely perfect I’m a 69 year old lady and I did it all by myself self not a problem I nearly threw it away £150 for a new one or £14 99 to repair
